The Bespoke Villas were born out of a deep commitment to preserve and celebrate the region’s natural and cultural  heritage, while challenging conventional ideas of luxury. Every detail has been meticulously considered, drawing inspiration from the  site’s natural and historical elements to create a truly unique destination that seamlessly blends spaces and experiences. 

The architectural program focuses on designing 22 one-of-a-kind apartments, with a strong emphasis on environmental preservation and establishing a harmonious connection between the architecture, the Caribbean Sea, and the surrounding jungle.

Influenced by the Mayan worldview, the units are thoughtfully arranged in a spiral/fractal formation, aligning with the Mayan constellations. Spanning across on to two levels , these units range in size from 100m2 to 400m2.
